Qualifications
- Credit History - Not all delingquent accounts will count against you but a risk assessment will be made focusing on your ability to pay rent timely. Bankruptcy's and Foreclosures are OK provided that your bankruptcy has been discharged and your rent is less than your current mortgage payment.
- Work History - Th summation of all applicants ross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent. Any applicant's that claims income must have proof. Paystubs, tax returns and hire letters showing income will be accepted.
- Rental History - No evictions or broken leases within the past three years. Returned checks and HOA violations/warnings will also be considered.
- Criminal History - A criminal report will be pulled in conjunction with a credit report and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
