I know that trying to find a new rental home can be stressfull and overwhelming.  It is my intention to make the process easy and worry free.  However, in order to do that, there is certain information that is required from you and a process that needs to be done in order to make your experience a pleasant one.  Below is some general information that you need to know prior to starting the application process:

Befor you begin, PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS.  Once I have your credit report, I will review it with the owner and we will make a decision on your approval.  PLEASE NOTE:  I cannot print your application or review it with the owner until you have followed all the information on the Rental Application Instruction Sheet.
