  • My goal is to protect you. My fiduciary responsibility is with you. I work on your behalf, not the tenant’s, my colleague’s or myself.

  • I am not a one-stop shop. I have employees under me. If I am unavailable, I will have someone else for you to speak with.

  • I use vendors with the same integrity that I have when dealing with maintenance and repair issues.
  • I treat your property and your reserve money as if it were my own. Maintenance and repairs are important. But so are the expenses. I spend the money wisely.
